  Enter your tracking number into the Tracking tool to see what day your package is due to arrive. Our drivers typically deliver between 9:30 am. and 6:00 pm.

• My tracking information shows that a package was left at my address, but I can't find it. What should I do?

  The driver will try to leave your package out of plain sight for safety, so start by doing a little investigative work. Check all exterior doors and anyplace where the package could be placed.

• What should I do if my package is damaged?

  Mail us to report package damage. Either the sender or receiver can make the report and we'll prepare a damage inspection report.

• I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?

  Contact your sender and ask them to provide a BTL tracking number .

• How can I get automatic email or text notifications about my package status?

  It's easy to stay informed about your package status. Contact our customer care.

• What should I do if my package is delayed or late?

  For such a customs delay, may cause your delivery to be rescheduled.

• Does BTL deliver on Sunday?

  We do not deliver on Sunday unless the sender has specified and paid for Sunday's delivery.

• How do I return a package to the sender?

  If your package is from a catalog or retailer, it probably has a prepaid return label. This label may be in your package, sent through an e-mail with a link, or posted on the sender's website.

• Does BTL offer a delivery guarantee?

  BTL services have a money-back guarantee for transportation charges. Be aware that some guarantees may not apply during heavy shipping periods or due to unexpected weather events.

• How do I request a Guaranteed Service Refund?

  Requests for a Guaranteed Service Refund must be made by the person or company who paid shipping charges to BTL, and must be made within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date.

• How do I file a claim?

  A claim is filed for packages that are damaged or lost (as opposed to a money-back guarantee, which is generally for late delivery).
